Warm ThingsQuilted Down Robe

Purchased the robe for Christmas present to my mom she's in Idaho. 12/15 it arrived 12/17Mom said it's beautiful,fits great,super Puffy and warm. She said "It's like a down trench coat"

I understand that people may buy something, try it on and send it back. If it is only worn for that purpose the packaging may not be pristine, but, I would expect the item to still have tags etc. Other people's B.O. is not expected on new items. When I tried it on, I smelled a faint scent. Since the item could be washed, direction say twice a year, I immediately threw it in the washing machine. But, this should not have been the case with a supposedly new item.

Purchased this for my Mother in law who's been ill.. It is her favorite new thing! She stays so warm and cozy. Love it

Bought this directly from Warm Things several years ago. It is comfortable, warm, well made. There are no negatives. I did notice that the cotton shell has a very slight sheen or glaze on it which gives it a bit of crispness. This disappears in the first wash, and the fabric becomes more matte and softer, in some ways even nicer and more cozy. I adore this robe, and I think it is a great value. It sometimes goes out of stock. I may have to purchase a backup!
