I need to replace the coils because I am moving the position about 9 feet.** A: Mr. Cool uses precharged lines with quick disconnect fittings. These are hvac flare fittings. Not precharged. If you use these lines, you need to do a N2 purge and draw a vacuum on them. Basically a job for an HVAC professional or someone who has done a lot of reading. And a 24k unit would never use 3/8" gas 1/4" liquid line set. It would use a 5/8" gas line and a 3/* suction line. Stick to Mr. Cool line sets for your application.
