I have neck problems all the time and this really helps loosen up the stiffness. The heat doesn't do much for me but the electric stimulation really helps. Also the remote is great for increasing or decreasing the intensity.

What can I not say about this, I am 63 yrs old and had 1 - 6 vertebrate Fisse in my neck. This works the pain and soreness out of my neck, and the heating part is great. It has variety of setting, and the quality is what anyone could ask for.

It literally does nothing ya you feel it but it’s basically doing like a level 1 on tens unit. Do not waste your money.

I wasn't at all sure about this working. I have had neck problems for years, suffering from scoliosis since childhood. I've had therapy a couple times, visited chiropractors and gone through a one year program, which was tremendously helpful but quite costly. That had me in good condition more or less for over 10 years. Over the last two years I've been stiffening more and starting to have accompanying headaches. After seeing a similar item on pop-up ads, I started looking and found this.It is very easy to use, and the remote makes it super simple to try some of the different settings or adjust the heat. Press and hold the power button on the massager to turn it on, place on your neck, and you can do the rest adjusting with the remote. I've discovered one of the patterns of vibration I really like, and one I don't like at all. There is one that is just a pulsing, stabbing feeling. But the others are good to great. You can decrease the intensity, add and remove heat and change massage pattern of vibration. It works only on the neck and perhaps a bit on the upper shoulders attached. It would be nice to have a bit more spread on the heat, but it is still nice. I love that the remote attaches magnetically to the massager, so it's always with it. It felt good, but took a couple days to notice a significant effect. The massager charges through a USB port, so you can charge almost anywhere. Still trying to figure out exactly how long a charge will last, but it's varied by your choice of heat and intensity.Today my neck is more mobile and pain-free then it has been in months. Well worth the pennies on this one! So far, anyway...

This massager doesn't stay charged for more than about 5 massages. It only has one massage that I like and sometimes it changes! I'm setting it aside.

The unit was small and easy to use. Helpedrelax neck and shoulders. Relieved my pain!!

I take this to work and use it after lifting people on and off all day. It works like a dream. It’s almost completely gotten rid of my tension headaches and helps relax muscles with the heat function. I definitely recommend this product. Additionally, the remote magnetizes to the device so it’s easy to keep track of.

I have a muscle stimulator/tens unit that I use and I have it done at the chiropractor as well. I thought this would be an easier, quicker way to deal with my neck pain instead of messing with the pads. The low level on this is way too high. It makes my head move no matter what setting and even on the lowest intensity. I wonder if I got a defective one or what. I am sad cause the heat feels really nice but for now it is just a real expensive heat treatment for my neck.
