Bought this product in May, we loved it, easy install and easy to use, looks fancy to. Motion detection stopped working in December which was super frustrating, we turned on manual mode and reached out to customer service. They asked for videos showing the problem and after a few back and fourths sent us a new computer module, this did not solve the problem and so I reached back out. After another couple of videos they sent us a replacement of the whole setup which works beautifully.As it turns out we were missing a gasket in the original setup (it did not come in the box but was present in the new one) this caused corrosion and a short.I'm super impressed with this faucet and customer service and assuming this new setup will last much longer now that we have all the required parts.Good buy!

Just installed so I may update this review in the future. This was by far the easiest faucet I have installed. I am not an expert by any means but I have probably installed 4-5 faucets in my time. Maybe all the manufacturers have made installation this easy but the last time I installed a faucet a couple years ago it wasn’t near this easy. From start to finish the process took me less than an hour and I spent considerable time looking for the best spot to mount the controller/battery pack. I wanted it to be somewhere easy to reach in the event I didn’t like the sensor and wanted to turn it off. The only part of the instructions that were not clear was which rubber gasket to install above the counter as there is a thin silicone one and a flat rubber one. I installed the silicone one above the counter as it fit into the grooves of the base of the faucet.I thought I installed everything correctly on my first try but the hot water was barely coming out. I thought I pinched a hose maybe but I disconnected the hot water line and saw the build up blocking the screen. Must have been some hard water in my copper lines so I cleaned it out a couple times and it works great now.The sensor works as it should. Motion in front of it and it turns on. Or you can pull down the head of the faucet and it turns on that way.I am a little worried about leaving the faucet in the on position all the time but that is how it is made to work. I noticed all the other brands operate the same way so it’s something that I will get used to.The color is matte black which you can see in the pictures but it matches my matte black appliances. A manufacturer photo in pristine lighting will look different than in my kitchen but I can say it’s true matte black and looks great. The third button on the faucet head is nice to pause the water and switching between regular and spray is easy. My last one was a Moen (buy it for looks, buy it for life was their slogan) and the first head broke a button and the second one wouldn’t switch completely off spray mode unless you held down the button for a full 30 seconds so most of the time it ran with a combination of 20% spray 80% regular mode which was annoying. So far it’s easy to switch between spray types and the buttons feel solid. The head itself is very light compared to my last faucet. Hopefully it’s built out of sturdy materials and holds up over time.If I notice any defects or issues with this faucet over time I will do my best to update the review. Compared to spending $350+ with a big brand, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I've only had it a few months...The faucet was easy to install.It looks high quality and has some weight to it...It definitely comes on/off as demanded, but sometimes it scares the heck out of you and if the water was previously used, "HOT" then it could hurt you. This happened to me yesterday but did not burn my hand. That's food because I'm in my 60s... I don't know if it would hurt more if there is an older person in house... Not complaining... just saying....Too bad it couldn't have an autu on/off button on the base... I'd pay more for that. Then it would truly be an awesome faucet....

Overall I would say this is a great product. However, I will say that I thought the motion detector would fully turn the faucet on and off but you actually have to leave your faucet handle to an on position at all times and then turn it on and off with motion or you can deactivate it and use it as a regular faucet. I was hoping to be able to have both functions but you must choose between the two. Overall I would say this is an amazing product. The touchless feature works perfectly. We leave it on warm all the time since it takes about a minute for our water to get hot. The sprayer has just the right amount of strength without being too strong. The black matte finish is very nice. Our plumber installed it and said it was a good faucet.

We LOVED this at first, now after a year, it’s acting up and not sensing a lot of the time.Contacted the manufacturer, they suggested I order Nanfu batteries, got them in, a few days have passed, the sensor works better than ever. We’ll see….

Only works on motion not with handle

This product is perfect especially when you have a newborn. Goopy hands from dealing with baby spit up for food time? You don't have to dirty your faucet with your goopy hands. Simply move your hand infront of the sensor and water comes flowing. Make sure you follow installation and usage instructions fully. There is useful information in there, guys this means you. Read instructions!

The touch less feature is a nice Luxury, not necessary but I definitely appreciate it. Easy installation and looks great.

Easy to to install but I used a plumber for peace of mind.
