These IQBARs are a great option when I need a quick, filling snack. The chocolate sea salt flavor is balanced and not overly sweet, and the texture is smooth compared to many protein bars. I appreciate the clean, plant-based ingredients and that they don’t leave a weird aftertaste. They’re convenient for busy days and keep me feeling satisfied without feeling heavy. Definitely one of the better-tasting protein bars I’ve tried.

I really like these. They taste good and they’re healthy all in one. I will say, my husband does not like them, he thinks they taste like cardboard, but he’s a big sweets guy, and these are not that. Just try them, I think if you like a good protein bar, this is the best one!

I've ordered these IQ bars several times. They taste like fudge brownies without making me feel like I have to eat more and more. One sufficiently satisfies me. The ingredients are all natural also and since I have a lot of allergies I can eat them without any side effects.

12 grams of protein but not a complete protein coming from peas according to the ingredient list, while that is not a huge deal at all its not whey protein, if you are like me though and prioritize your protein intake then we have plenty complete proteins being Ingested, the best reason for this bar is at 2 bucks a bar you get 8 grams of fiber, which you know if you prioritize protein how important fiber is, these are a good source of magnesium also plus they have lions mane mushroom and only 1 gram of sugar, remember these are health conscience bars but for the space that they compete in these bars are pretty tasty, I would have a hard time giving this 4 stars if it was whey protein, I normally eat 2 at a time, if they were whey protein times 2 that would be a great in between meals snack at 24 grams of protein and 16 grams of fiber plus 150mg of magnesium and double lions mane, just my opinion since you asked, thank you

I’m basically obsessed with these bars. They’re flipping delicious with my first cup of coffee every morning…I look forward to waking up each morning and starting my morning routine with one of these bars and a cup of coffee. They also don’t make me feel bloated nor are they sickeningly sweet and full of crap ingredients. Love.

I have been eating another "higher quality" and "healthy" bar which I enjoy very much. However, the other bars have a base of date-paste which elevates my glucose. AI suggested the IQ Bars. They are very tasty.

(Chocolate sea salt flavor) It’s week 1 of keto, I’m down 16lbs, the progress is going amazing but I am STRUGGLING with the chocolate cravings. I browse Amazon hoping to find the unicorn of Keto. Something where taste and carbs don’t cancel each other out. I come across these, read some reviews decided to give them a try. For 2g of net carbs I was afraid they would just be another cardboard bar. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these bars actually have a pure, strong & rich chocolate taste. Super keto friendly, great texture, fresh, wasn’t melted at all and greatly effective at conquering that crave. Even some protein in there too! Now, the taste is not like a chocolate bar, but you have to realize this is about as good as you’re going to get without having loads of sugar and a high carb content. I have one trick to elevate these bar’s to a SOLID 10/10. Pop them in the microwave for about 10 seconds… Instant warm brownie taste/texture. Highly highly highly recommend to those of you on keto or just looking for a chocolate macro friendly bar. Very happy with my purchase and I will be ordering more. Lots more.

For a keto gluten free food bar, I won’t say great, but they’re good. At least the chocolate flavor, I also like the coconut chocolate chip flavor. Unfortunately the other flavors are rather lackluster. My only issue other than lack of variety that I like, is that I’d really prefer that they didn’t put in whatever little crunchy chunks they do. They are not really a pleasant texture and kind of take away from the experience they’re more like peppercorn texture than rice crispy texture. I have noticed that some batches have more or less of these, which is a bit suspect in terms of consistency of nutritional value. All that said, I still like them, just wish they were better.

IQ bars are a good sourse of protien. They taste great.
