Love the Upgrades
I had one of the original Sportbrellas and I loved it. After many years of use it finally split the bed. I immediately ordered another one and I’m very impressed by the upgrades and changes they’ve made to it. It’s even better than the first one. See you at the beach!

The Game-Changer at Rainy Soccer Games: Sport-Brella Premiere XL UPF 50+ Review
As a dedicated soccer parent, I've seen my fair share of rainy, windy, and downright miserable game days. That was, until I upped my game with the Sport-Brella Premiere XL UPF 50+. Suddenly, I went from being just another shivering spectator on the sidelines to the envy of every other parent. Here's why this Sport-Brella is the MVP (Most Valuable Protection) of outdoor sporting events.First off, let's talk about the sheer jealousy it sparks. Picture this: a sudden downpour turns the sidelines into a wet, cold mess. Meanwhile, I'm sitting comfortably under my Sport-Brella, dry as a bone and relaxed as can be. The envious glances from other parents huddled under their flimsy umbrellas or, worse, getting soaked, are almost as satisfying as the game itself. It's not just about staying dry; it's about doing it in style and comfort, making others wish they were as prepared. The UPF 50+ protection is no joke either. On sunnier days, while others are slathering on sunscreen or squinting in the sunlight, my family and I are chillin' in the shade, protected from harmful rays. It's like having a personal, portable fortress that guards against both UV rays and rain. But it's the wind protection that truly sets the Sport-Brella apart. We've all experienced those gusty game days when the wind is more aggressive than the opposing team. The Sport-Brella stands firm, offering a cozy, wind-free zone. It's like being in a calm oasis in the midst of a tempest, watching the game unfold without a shiver or a squint.Setting it up is a breeze (pun intended), and its durability means I'm set for many seasons to come. The Sport-Brella has become more than just an accessory; it's a game-changer. It transforms the sideline experience from a test of endurance into a comfortable, enjoyable outing, no matter the weather. In conclusion, if you want to elevate your sideline game, make other parents green with envy, and actually enjoy those rainy, windy soccer games, the Sport-Brella Premiere XL UPF 50+ is a must-have. It's not just about watching your kids play; it's about doing so in unparalleled comfort and style. Bring on the rain, wind, and sun; with my Sport-Brella, I'm ready for anything – and looking forward to the next game, no matter the forecast.

Worked well for three people at the beach.
This worked great as a shade for the beach. Three adults with beach chairs all were able to utilize the shade plus there was room in the back for a cooler and beach bag to remain in the shade. Set up is not much more involved than a traditional beach umbrella but I would recommend buying the special stakes for the sand as the ones that come with it will not anchor well in sand. Overall, I'm really pleased with the look, the amount of shade provided and the ease of setup and take down.

Good umbrella
This is our third summer with this umbrella. There is a bit of a learning curve to setting it up, so I suggest familiarizing yourself with how it screws in and all the components before getting to the beach where you’ll probably be sweating and overwhelmed with bags and kids. I can’t say we go to the beach every weekend so I can only speak for light use but it has held up well. I find the material to be adequate and there is no signs of rusting or discoloring. On my own I added some padding to the strap to make it more comfortable to carry since it’s just a nylon strap which can dig into your shoulder after a while. What would I change If I could otherwise? i’d make it so the windows open/close from the inside. I don’t understand why they don’t. It’s much more practical.

purchased 8/2020 still using it 7/2025
I bought this umbrella back in August 2020, and it’s still going strong in July 2025. Just wrapped another beach weekend with it—flawless, as usual. We bring it every single time. It’s been everywhere, used hundreds of times, and it’s held up like a champ. I added one of those umbrella hooks from Amazon that slides on the pole—great for hanging towels and gear.Setup? Stupid simple. Pull it out, twist the base into the sand, pop the top on. Just pay attention to the wind unless you want to reenact Mary Poppins across the shoreline.I switch between upright mode and what I call “tent mode” for windy days. Just tilt it, fill the sand pockets, and boom—rock solid. It shrugs off gusts like it’s no big deal.Yeah, the zipper windows corroded shut years ago—but I never used them anyway. A few threads around the support arms are loosening, but after six years of beach weekends, that’s a badge of honor. Still works perfectly.

Must have for easy set ups!
Amazing tent ! It kept us shaded out of the sun and honestly we felt a bit chilly because of the sun reflecting off the umbrella kept us out of the heat I’d buy another for sure!

I’m happy with my purchase
I’ve used this three times at the beach on windy days. I use the wind to open the umbrella then turn it around to place its back against the wind.I’ve never once experienced it blowing away or blowing backwards. The screw thingy is easy to use too because you don’t have to turn the whole umbrella to secure it. It’s a separate apparatus so you place the umbrella where you want it and turn the screw part to keep it in place. I make sure to screw it as far as it will go an I have had no problems with stability.I never even stake the bottom. I actually fill the inner pockets with sand and that’s enough to keep them from flapping. It makes beach days so comfortable now. Fits two beach chairs comfortably with enough room for a cooler between them to sit your drinks on.Also 420 friendly. Close the screens and roll up and smoke in peace.

Good product, works well
Great invention, works very well. The only downside is the metal center Rod tends to wear out and gets play in it. Can make it very difficult to open on a windy day. But overall I'd say it's a good product.
