Glass Low Form Beaker Set, 3.3 Boro. Glass, Double Scale, 3 Sizes - 100, 250, and 500ml, Karter Scientific 214T6

Three different sized beakers individually boxed and securely packed. Useful to have in the kitchen where I never seem to have enough measuring jugs which normal ones can be hefty, too large and the hard plastic ones that craze up.The markings are not the brilliant white I was expecting. Testing the marked volume accuracy by weighing quantities of cold water in grams came bang on the appropriate marking in ml which is good enough for my purposes.Amazon description states 3.3 borosilicate glass which is implying some thermal shock resistance but no information was supplied with the shipment to indicate materials or origins.Would buy some more at this price as long as p&p continues to be included.

These arrived within days very well packed in seperate boxes.I bought these for measuring and mixing perfume oils but they're nicely designed and wouldn't look out of place in my kitchen so I'm thinking about getting another set for measuring out milk. They're much easier to see than a plastic jug!

Arrived quickly and as described.The glass itself is thin and of somewhat low quality but the etchings are clear and they serve their purpose well enough. They don't appear to be made out of tempered glass so heating substances with high temperatures is not advisable.

Each comes packaged in a separate box so they are protected well, upon opening and inspecting I can see slight scratches on each of them, not deep, but there. The measurement markings have a dirty look, not bright white, I washed them but they still look the same, off white so it makes these look like they have been used.The measurement markings are approx so not suitable if you need accuracy.For the price they seem OK

I bougt these for kitchen use. They are somewhat heat tolerant, easy to wash up. When not in use, they can be nested into the other to decrease the space required for storing them.It also arrived well-before the estimated shipment delivery of early January.

I bought these because I do a lot of baking and getting into making bread. They arrived a day earlier than expected and were well boxed. Pyrex jugs are fine for large amounts but if you just want, say, 60 mls these are great

These three small measuring jugs are really handy if you like to cook as they measure out tiny amounts. For hot liquids it would be better if they had handles, but still great addition to the kitchen.

Good beakers apart for the fact that the largest seems to have a slight mark around it as if its had something boiling in it!
