You Are Incredible Just As You Are: How to Embrace Your Perfectly Imperfect Self Paperback – 3 Sept. 2020

I’ve been an avid reader of the Happy Newspaper for a few years now so when I saw Emily was releasing a new book... well, I had to buy it!I don’t usually write lengthy reviews, mainly just because I forget, but often it’s because the product hasn’t sparked THAT much joy. But after devouring this book, I felt Amazon buyers and book lovers around the world needed to know just what little old me thinks of this book.In short - if I could afford to buy everyone in the world a copy of this, then I would. There aren’t many books on the market that are quite like You Are Incredible. It’s fun, colourful, bubbly and imaginative, it’s written with care and presented in a manner that is accessible and relatable to all. I particularly enjoyed the pages that invite readers to fill in boxes or write things down and in true Happy Newspaper style, the gorgeously illustrated quotes and wording are mesmerising to look at. The book definitely a young side to it, (I gathered it’s probably aimed at teenagers or young adults) but it is relevant to anyone and everyone nevertheless.It’s a beautifully presented book and would make an excellent gift even for those that might not necessarily need reminding of their greatness - it’s accessible, relatable, uplifting and ultimately, an inspirational piece of work.It’s just what 2020 needed. I’ve had my fair share of worries, both personal and general but after reading this book, I feel uplifted. I’m planning to pass it onto friends and family and hope they take from it what I have.If I could give this book 500 stars then I would.

Emily, THANK YOU for this fantastic book. I'm not one to usually read or buy this genre of books but being an avid reader of The Happy News newspaper, I gave it a go and got one pre-ordered. And I was so happily surprised that had to buy three more, one for each daughter.This incredibly uplifting but "keep it real and simple" book is suitable for all ages, it is very well written, and the colours are so appealing that I've decided to keep it always near me to scare away any blues.My daughters, aged 14, 20 and 22 loved their books, and it has helped immensely the teenager, to feel "more connected" with herself and less pressured with the Society so-called standards.I recommend this book to anyone. You don't need to have self-confidence issues to read and complete this book because it is an uplifting, colour giving treasure to have and make you feel fantastic.I can see this being a Christmas present for a lot of family and friends!

I absolutely love all this range, it reflects my brain. I don’t even like books and had to buy this - it’s such a perfect gift I kind of wish someone bought it for me.

Love love love this, cant wait to fill it in. The illustrations are my favourite part of it, once I've finished it I want to cut them out to decorate my uni room 😍 I also really love the interactive aspects, it really makes you think and feel better about yourself. I love emily coxhead and the happy news paper so so much 💛 even if you dont buy this book you should at least follow her in instagram because shes like a ray if sunshine on your feed, but you should buy the book as well because it's great 😊

I love this book! It provides a perfect place to capture and jot down thoughts, reflections and positivity whilst promoting self-care. There’s a great balance of quotes, information and opportunities for personal reflection, all combined with beautiful doodles and bright colours.I have bought each member of my team a copy as a thanks for their hard work throughout what has been a strange 2020 and a reminder to prioritise self care. What a beautiful little book. This would be a fabulous gift for anyone you want to give a pick me up. Excellent book for teens/young women starting on their life journey. Emily is a ray of sunshine and this book emulates that. I am a 28 year old mum of four and sometimes need to remind myself of who I am and this little book has given me peace with myself that I haven't had for a long time. The beautiful illustrations make me smile every time I look at the book which I absolutely love.

A beautiful book to help you feel more positive and journal your feelings. Parts of the book encourage you to reflect, draw, colour and dream about the future. Would definitely recommend

What a fabulous book! I would have expected nothing less than pages full of sunshine and wisdom from Emily. I’m an avid follower on Instagram and subscribe to The Happy Newspaper, so obviously I NEEDED this! It’s packed full of lovely exercises and friendly pointers about life in general.
