Hanes Ultimate Men's 4-Pack Classics Comfort Soft Waistband Knit Boxer Underwear

I can't say I have much experience with buying boxers, as I have only recently started buying my own. I do think that these are the best boxers I have worn so far. They fit really well and feel comfortable all the time. Usually a lot of the boxers I have worn feel a bit tight and usually end up being uncomfortable by the end of the day. These do not cause those issues for me. They feel comfortable all day for me, and I recommend these to anyone who like boxers.

*Revised* I am changing my review after getting the "Hanes Classic Woven Boxers". I got these specifically for the solid colors. I don't like boxers with loud patterns. Of course when I get the item there are only 2 solid colors and 2 hideous stripped patterns. With that said, these boxers are still more comfortable than the "Hanes Classic Woven Boxers" Just beware that you wont be getting all solid colors.

These are good quality boxer style underwear. They are not "boxer briefs" -they are boxers. Not too baggy, but comfortable and loose like boxers are supposed to be. The cotton is very soft and the tag is printed so there is no scratching from a sewn in tag.The price was reasonable and the shipping was fast.

As several of the other reviews have stated the product you receive will likely not be the product described. The company I purchased from blamed the discrepancy on Amazon but gave me a refund and told me to keep the items (I donated them to charity because I just didn't want what I got). That vendor is no longer listed on the product. So I decided to ask before I purchased from another vendor. I contacted each of the three other vendors (there is another company listed now as well as Amazon itself) and none of them could guarantee that the product would be delivered as described. The two important attributes that aren't as described are 1)the waistband is comfort FLEX instead of comfort SOFT, and 2)they may not be 100% cotton. Being curious I contacted Hanes and was informed that they no longer manufacture the comfort soft waistband so a vendor can only deliver as such if they have some in inventory. It should also be noted that when you are viewing the product the title clearly includes "comfort soft waistband", however, when you place the item in your cart it only says "comfort" making it easy for the vendor to blame the description for the error as happened on my first purchase. I informed Amazon of all of this and suggested that they remove this item as listed since the associated vendors are unable to deliver as described. Currently this product is still erroneously listed although as of today (8/23/11) the product picture has been changed; it now shows the comfort flex waistband style even though the title still says comfort soft waistband. In addition, there is a second listing for this product now which doesn't have all the unfavorable reviews. I have since found the correct item at a local department store and although I had to pay more than listed here I got the exact product I expected.

The boxers fit great, they are comfortable. Just a side note, the colors you see in the picture provided are not what you actually get. There is a tag on the butt side as is normal. I mention this because I've noticed many reviews stating that there is a tag when the product description says otherwise. I guess I'm blind because I didn't notice that description anywhere. The tag isn't itchy. I'll buy more when these start to get holes in them.

These fit nice and feel good. Except one thing that bothers me is their is a big light brown BUTTON right where my crotch is. If you stand in the mirror while wearing these then you would see how ridiculous they look. If your crotch was a target the button would be the target. I ended up ripping off the button. Now It just looks even more ridiculous. They could of went with a snap click to cure the gap fly deal. I don't care much for the whole button fly gap thing. Without the button it is so much easier to go to the bathroom. Overall these boxers are nice,but beware of the ODD BUTTON Placement. It just feels uncomfortable to have a button that close it could blow up or something.

Ordered these for my husband. Yes, they are Hanes, comfort fabric, no tag. HOWEVER, they are absolutely NOT like the picture. They are a mix of blues, greens, and stripes. NOT THE BLACK AND GREY I WAS HOPING TO ORDER.

Not sure what else to say besides what is in the title. Fits as it should, no areas too tight or loose. But looking at the fabric closer, I can see through the fabric in lighted areas a bit too much which means to me that it probably won't last as long. Wish it had more threading. But I've cycled through them at least once now.....no tears on the initial use anyway.
