I love this product so much. Unfortunately, the triangle 17x16x16 does not fit my deck (I even tried different sizes and shapes) Will have to return which is a bummer. I looked around and most of the stuffs were like tarp material, easily stretched, cheap and not water proof. This one is high quality and water proof.

Went up fairly easy. Measure twice, drill once, drive screws in. Tighten turnbuckle, and your good to go. Can’t beat the price. Just unclips on one side when bad weather approaches.

I’m am really liking this for my deck. Helps with the rain and mostly waterproof. Will buy again for other projects .

Got this Shade Sail to put in my chicken run area to give my chickens some shade from our summer sun and to also keep them dry from the rain.We've had many days recently where we've had some crazy strong wind and this sail has held up like a champ with no wear or tear.It is water resistant and my chickens are happy with it and so am I.

This is a good product but when I first installed it, it sagged and caught many gallons of rainwater during an intense winter storm we had in Phoenix a while back. I ended up having to poke holes in it so the rainwater would drain out. You need to install this at a fairly steep angle and install it VERY TIGHT. I ended up running support lines above and below mine so it doesn't look like a big bulging tit holding a lot of water. You still have to push the rainwater off of it because I have no way of increasing the angle on mine, or making it much tighter.

Update: I have had this sail up, rain or shine, since October 2022. It has survived through 90-degree days in direct Sun, through incredibly heavy PNW rain, through several snow storms and still looks almost exactly the way it came. No leaks. No rips. No stretching. The color may have slightly faded, but it’s hardly noticeable, especially considering how much reds tend to fade in the sun.The post I have it anchored to has leaned a little, mostly due to the weight that the snow put on it (word of advice: if the forecast says snow, unhook at least one side so the snow can’t collect on top).I’m very, very happy with this product. I highly recommend and I’m going to be buying more in the future.This was exactly what I was looking for to keep the area behind my barn a little dryer and hopefully less muddy this winter.It was easy to put up, I did it myself.I used an 8’ galvanized chain link fence corner post as my third attachment, used 8” turnbuckles on two of the sides, and used paracord to secure it (not the included rope). It is solid and sturdy, rain runs off it nicely and it seems to be waterproof.You can beat this price either!I originally bought 12x12x12 but decided it was a little small for my area and went with the 16.5x16.5x16.5 and it’s perfect!We will see how it holds up over winter but it feels very solid. Thicker than a tarp and it looks great.Definitely recommend! Just make sure to get it right when you set it up.

Purchased in November because we needed someplace out of the weather to stand while we play fetch with our lab. The sail awning has held up up well through wind, rain, and snow.
