The one card that was in it got stuck because the piece at the top where you insert the card is bubbled slightly. It seems durable but not as protective of my phone as I had hoped. Its a rubber case but not Otterbox rubber if that makes sense. I should mention, that I have dropped my phone a few times and nothing bad has happened though! I bought it specifically to hold two credit cards and my ID. It struggles to hold three cards as it bulges a bit at the sides and I don't exactly feel comfortable at times, however, it is fine with two cards. Its a fine purchase. There are extras micro nubs on the edges for better grip and bumpers on the corners for extra protection. It’s not the slimmest case you’ll find, but it’s a trade off for better protection of your phone. I love the card holder with the opening at the bottom to push the card upwards.
