I use this on colder days as a gentle warm up rub for my legs prior to running or cycling.It is not to hot.Word of warning be careful where you apply as it can be sensitive on your more sensitive areas...

Only used a couple of times both before & after running. You do get the warming effect as well as the familiar smell when applying. Very runny consistency, so it is easily spilled when tipping to the hands or legs. Happy with the purchase ( keep it away from delicate areas) it does burn!

I used this product years ago as a Sports Therapist and it still does the job it needs to do for me. Yes it smells strong (but a nice smell!), why wouldn't it... I highly recommend this product, it not only absorbs deep into the muscle, but it is also a very good lubricant so you can massage the muscle for a while before it drys on the skin. It may not suit everyone, so check the ingredients, but its the best I've found and will continue to use it.

Not actually used yet but my husband says the smell takes him back to his footballing days when they used the same for their legs to help them warm up before kick off!He is now bedbound and we are hoping to achieve the same thing
