## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would a chaos erupt boss 3600 be good for it**
A: not sure but any amp with decent power should work. The main thing is having an enclosure that matches the air space the speaker calls for and making sure your ohm load configuration matches the amp.

**Q: Does this item come as a pair?**
A: No. Only one subwoofer

**Q: Can this be wired to be 2 ohms?**
A: Yes

**Q: What is the recommended enclosure size for the 12” version?**
A: Factory recommended 0.75cu ft. Built a slightly larger box @ 0.80-085cu ft, was able to gain lower end bass in a sealed enclosure.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Value
*by on Reviewed in the United States September 21, 2026*

Great little sub. Used it in the factory sub box in my 2011 Honda Odyssey with about 150 watts pushing it with an aftermarket amp and it sounds great. It’s a very small .3 cu ft enclosure. Big improvement over the factory bass.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for replacement subwoofer 2002 suburban
*by on Reviewed in the United States November 5, 2025*

works great as a replacement sub in 2002 suburban. not very loud, but fills the sound out much better and it's better quality than the original sub. For its price at $65, it give it 5 stars.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great woofer
*by on Reviewed in the United States March 6, 2024*

Relatively easy to install on 2005 4runner. There’s a video on YouTube that shows how to strip the cars wires to fit this woofer. There are a few ways to get the old speaker out. If you want absolutely no damage to the panel then complete disassembly is the way to go. Another way is to cut into the mesh covering with a sturdy utility knife but it won’t be pretty. The top and bottom screws are also hard to get to with powers tools due to the small window. I also found out that the panel does pry off with tabs from the main car. I needed a crow bar for that although one YouTube video a guy used a large sized flat head screwdriver.I can’t really comment on the quality of this speaker /subwoofer compared to others but it sounds similar to oem. Music sounds good and that old speaker rattle/noise is gone. Overall good purchase.
