Review: Good replacement for Sony car key fob battery - Likes: After doing some research, Murata took over Sony's battery business and it looks like it is a quality product from Japan. I replaced a Sony battery with this in our car key fob and it has worked 100% since doing so. Don't know the longevity/how long that will continue, but it has worked perfectly so far. I purchased this brand after researching many people had issues with cheap or knockoff ones dying after a week or a month and we have not had such issues with Murata. Could not find these in a local store anywhere, so was forced to order online. If anything changes, we will update our review, but so far this looks to be a winner.

The local market wanted way too much for one battery. I recieved 2 batteries for less than one at the market. My key fob works again without setting off the car alarm every use.
