Is the 13" side the side that drains into the sink? It looks that way in the photo but I'm trying to make sure.

The shorter side drains to the sink. This drain board is barely big enough for my dish rack.

Dimensions? A couple of reviewers said 'too small' but nobody gave the size and the description doesn't either.

It's dimensions are 17-1/2" x 13". It's not small at all. My Polder dish rack fits perfectly on it.

What is the measurements?

17.5 long x 12 7/8 side; height in back is 8.5, and 7.25 in front where it drains. it comes with a piece that would allow it to drain to the side.

Does this have an elevated lip (for an above mount sink) or is it flush with the counter?
