Only used a few times and hopeless compared to a previous Philips model I had for years. Won’t cut eyebrows even though I tried slowly and carefully several times with the attachment fitted as per instructions. Used to be a great fan of Philips but this is hopeless. Tried to get support but website doesn’t even recognise the model. Only had it 6 weeks and little faith in it. Apparently too late to return. Didn’t keep the box as I can’t think I’ve had to return a Philips purchase in all my years

For what you're getting, this is good value for money and fair quality. It can sometimes feel a little cheap, but for the price I am happy. It seems to have a good level of power and speed and removed my nose hairs fairly quickly and easily. You have to get the hang of twisting it around in your hand which can be a bit difficult to start, but once you have the hang of it its great.

Great product and great value

Doet z'n werk prima, in mijn beleving beter dan bijvoorbeeld de Panasonic neusharentrimmer met draaiende mesjes. Ik had hiervoor het oude model van Philips en die was ook best goed maar omdat deze al op leeftijd was dacht ik eens een ander goed merk te kopen. Panasonic doet het best goed en wordt ook goed aangeschreven maar de kop met draaiende mesjes werkt minder prettig, de kop valt snel uit elkaar en is ook wat lastiger schoon te maken. Hierdoor ben ik weer teruggegaan naar Philips.
