For best results, start taking this at least 10 days ...
Helped me avoid headaches and other high blood pressure related side effects while cycling. Make sure to drink a lot of water and this supplement will do its job. This made my blood pressure related side effects go down a couple days after starting. For best results, start taking this at least 10 days before your cycle because hawthorn berry takes a while to build up in your system.

Not really sure I just take them
Kinda smells like weed in the bottle lol but have no idea if they work been raking them for a while better than to take something in cycle than not so I guess it’s worth the money

Good company and good product
I want to make a correction. In a previous review I said that this product appeared to be fake. I have since talked to the manufacturer and they explained some of the changes/issues and addressed all of my concerns. I tried to edit my old review, but was unable to.Good company and good product!
