ACTUAL PLUS SIZE CHAIR!
Now I read a lot of reviews on this chair. I actually waited a month before I ordered it because I wanted to make sure it was legit.Assembly: if you follow the directions. Like literally follow the directions then it's very easy. Took me about 45 mins. Would've been 30mins, but I was taking phone calls at work, and I used the wrong screws on one step and had to go back a few steps. The screws are all labeled and comes with the tools to assemble. Again! Following the steps DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN UNTIL THE END!Features: wide seat, high back, and vibration. I'm wide. Like really wide (size 24-28 women's jeans) and I still have space between the arm rest and my hips. I have no doubt in my mind that the chair isn't going to support me. Being plus size this was one of my concerns. I've had the chair for about 2 months now and no issue with it lowering on it's own or anything. I do wish that there was a little more cushion in the seat. It's enough, but it's starting to wear down a bit. The back, however is cushioned enough. I like the height of the back. I'm 5'11 and it's tall enough for me to lay my head back and for my head to be supported by the chair. The vibration sucks. Doesn't really benefit me in any away. The arm rest I've had to retighten a few times. However that could have everything to do with me using the wrong screws the first time making the hole a bit wider than it should be.Does it suck? No. It's sturdy, and durable this far. The pros out weigh the cons. I would buy a replacement when this one goes bad.

You won't regret it! Best value for the money
I spent entirely too much time researching and reviewing office chair options that would comfortably fit myself (5'4") and my husband (6'1") for our home office. It seems like office chairs in general are more expensive than they should be for what they are, but I wanted to find a good value for the money I would be spending (turns out office chairs can range from $100-$500+ yikes). We are nowhere near 500 pounds, but I have an irrational fear of breaking the chair during a video conference and embarrassing myself so I wanted one rated for triple my weight just in case (you never know!). After an entire weekend glued to my screen looking through many chairs, I settled on this one because of the high back (very few - including "big and tall" have this tall of a back), most office chairs are mid back and offer no neck support (let's be real we all have days where we just want to lean back and rest for a moment), and the price point. We can both lean back with neck support comfortably. My feet barely but do touch the ground at the lowest chair setting, so it works fine for me. Most of the time I'm sitting cross legged in the chair anyway.I didn't want to spend THAT much, but I wanted something that seemed sturdy enough to at least last a while, be comfortable enough for use all day, and while I wanted a good deal, I also didn't want to go the ultra cheap route and regret it. I'm sure there are probably more comfortable chairs out there (at more of a cost), but I've been using it for a few months now comfortably and it's been just fine. There is just enough plush for comfort, but it's not an overly plushy chair by any means, so if that what you're looking for you're in the wrong area. My husband seems to like his as well though. The USB massager on the lumbar support is a nice extra touch. I have mine on all day (one setting only, it's an on/off button - feels like a phone vibrating more than a massage, but I like it).I don't know why this has so few reviews (only 9 when I purchased it), and normally I don't make this kind of gamble on such a big purchase (two chairs at once and not many people vouching for it), but I'm glad I took a chance on these. I hope these will last us a while, I spent more than I wanted hoping that they will (again, I know there are more expensive plushy ones out there but I personally wasn't looking to spend too much if we're only going to be working from home for 6 months to a year).Be prepared to spent over two hours putting it together though. The assembly was an absolute nightmare. The arms were struggles on both chairs, the holes just didn't seem to align at all. We eventually got it, but it took a lot more curse words than we expected. Be sure to only screw in your screws about 10 percent of the way in, otherwise you won't be able to align the arms if they are screwed in all the way. I would say 4/5 stars for the product (there's a small - but visible, scratch in the back of both chairs ugh). 5/5 stars for shipping time. 0/5 stars for assembly.Normally I don't write reviews this in depth, but Seeing as how no one else has left any real ones I wanted to put my two cents in about the product.Edited: I wanted to add that with a few coats of leather balm and a hair dryer, the scratches are non existent now.Update: Almost a year later and both chairs still going strong and holding up well!

Awful product. Zero customer service. DO NOT BUY!
PLEASE NOTE: I have had a multitude of issues and updates after receiving this product. I have updates below beneath the original review, and it is a doozie.ORIGINAL REVIEW:PROS+-Feels very sturdy. I'm almost 300 pounds (working on losing weight) and I feel perfectly fine in it. I don't doubt it could support 500 pounds as claimed.-Reasonably comfortable. It's a little on the stiff side, but I'm ok with that.CONS--Massage function doesn't work. At all. And I honestly don't feel like sending it back to get a replacement for what is probably just a glorified vibration.-It was a nightmare to put together. The instructions are full of busy, unclear pictures and what few sentences there are, are written in good old "Engrish."-The parts don't fit together well at all. Wheels were difficult to shove on, the holes on the arms and body didn't line up so you had to aggressively bend the chair to get screws to fit in, etc. Very poorly designed from an assembly standpoint.OVERALL:I wouldn't really recommend this. It'll do its job, but the fact that is atrocious to put together, along with the fact that the massage feature didn't work kinda ruined it for me. I'd look elsewhere.2 out of 5.MARCH 2022 UPDATE: The chair is starting to feel increasingly unstable every week. I've never bought a desk chair that went this downhill this quickly. This is absolutely ludicrous for a chair in this price-range. I've usually gotten at least a few years out of all my previous desk chairs... I don't know if this one will last another month! Lowering my score to a 1 out of 5. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP!AUGUST 2022 UPDATE: Well, it's managed to last a little longer... but it's still getting worse and worse and worse. Now one of the arms had completely bent from me just lightly pushing it whenever I stand up. I've never had that happen with a desk chair before. One day I just sort-of realize that it had gradually bent out a good 30-35 degrees. Even more concerning, I was able to bend it back with little-to-no effort. So I'm assuming that the arm and the holes it's attached to are wearing out. So for all I know it'll just fall off any day now. Again... I've had this chair for a matter of months.SEPTEMBER 2022 UPDATE: The top attachment of the left arm BROKE OFF! It's now hanging LOOSE FROM THE SIDE! I have had this chair for NINE MONTHS and it's already falling to pieces! I have NEVER, EVER had a chair fall apart this badly, this quickly.OCTOBER 2022 UPDATE (PART ONE): I was upset given how much I spent on this, and checked the website to see if there was someone I could contact. I don't care if it's been nine months... there's no excuse for a chair breaking down this quick... especially given the high price point and the number of reviews from other people who have had the EXACT same issues. They claim on their website that they will respond to support e-mails within 24 hours. Guess what? We're closing in on five days with no response. So on top of awful chairs that break in less than a year, I guess the company also just has really awful, incompetent customer service that can't even fulfill their minimal claims about return e-mails. Unbelievable.OCTOBER 2022 UPDATE (PART TWO): It's been nearly 20 days since I contacted their customer service, and I've gotten no response. Again... it said they respond within 24 hours.NOVEMBER 2022 UPDATE (PART ONE): We are closing in on 40 days since I contacted customer service the first time, and I've gotten no response. I will stress yet again that they claim they respond within 24 hours. I also contacted them a second time just in case about two weeks ago... and that go no response either. Additionally, the ENTIRE LEFT ARM has now broken off of the chair. I will not be getting rid of this thing until I get some sort of response from the company.NOVEMBER 2022 UPDATE (PART TWO): In a few days, it will have been two full months since I contacted the company for the first time and got no reply. I contacted them a second time and got no reply. And just to give them the benefit of the doubt, I even contacted them a third time after my last update... and I got no reply. Where is my reply, BestOffice? Your website promises a response within 24 hours... but it's been nearly 60 days!NOVEMBER 2022 UPDATE (PART THREE): I finally heard back after contacting them on Amazon! Granted, it was a generic "No refunds! Hmph!" response, which I'm not happy about, since it took NEARLY 60 DAYS to get a response, and it wasn't even a response to my email. Regardless, my 1 out of 5 score stands. AVOID BESTOFFICE!NOVEMBER 2022 UPDATE (PART FOUR): They are now telling me that their website, which they have LINKED TO THEIR PROFILE UNDER THE SUPPORT SECTION, is not a real website. WHAT?!NOVEMBER 2022 UPDATE (PART FIVE): Our conversation has just gone in circles. They alternate between asking what I can do, I respond by asking them a question, and they respond by repeating over and over that I won't get a refund... which I'm not asking for. I'm asking them questions about their business practices, which are very sketchy. I'm going to report them to Amazon. This is ridiculous.

This is a nice chair 4 stars because a wheel socket broke.
This is a nice chair 4 stars because a wheel socket broke. I would buy this one again. I'm sure this was a manufacturing defect. I used to be a welder and I know a bad weld when I see one! :-) This is very comfortable and adjusts well for me 6'4" 300 Lbs.

Resistencia, amplia y cómoda. Recomendable!
Soporte, realmente resistente, grande y alta. Mido 1.80mts y 140kg. y me resultó espaciosa.

LLEGO MALTRATADO
