Works great. I bought 2 different ones of this, and both are lovely and so useful. I use a lot of ginger, garlic, and tumeric and this works well for me.

Love this product I suggest a few shakes of salt on the plate and it minces the garlic very quickly and using salt keeps it from getting sticky.I’m using it daily.Quality product

Grates nicely, but how do you keep nails and fingertips from grating up when garlic is very small?
