Buy it , you won’t regret it. So easy to use !
The trimmer is the best. After years of using the heavy gas trimmer, mixing the gas and oil, restringing the cord (remembering how from year to year 😀), this cordless trimmer is the best thing since sliced bread. Easy to assemble, lightweight, powerful, and at the touch of the button, voila, more string pops out. No more tapping on the ground. Using the edger was wonderful too. I have many gardens, walkways, patios etc and I just zap the weeds growing between the bricks and stones. I am 68 years old and this is so light and easy to use I just love using it. I have not used the leaf blower yet but I’m sure that works great too. I would recommend this to everyone. Batteries charge pretty quickly and the string lasts quite a while. Then you just pop a pre-strung new one in. I have only had this for a few weeks but have used it quite a few times.

Don't believe what you see on the info commercials or commercials.
I don't want to make this too long of a review, but the only thing I have to say first and foremost is to not believe the commercials in how durable and easy to use the Worx brand of products are. To start, the instruction manuals are not that simple to read, though it isn't too difficult. The products, at least the ones I have, aren't of the greatest build quality and materials and can break on you even while assembling. That was definitely the case with the very weak blower that came with the trimmer I brought. The plastic top end piece of the blower actually cracked when I finally got it connected to the middle piece. As I said in terms of product simplicity, ease of use, durability, and quality of the build materials, the particular products I brought from Worx are not great. If I could get my money back, I defintely would, but my return by date has long since passed after I finally got around to using it and I can't. I dont wanna completely trash the brand as this is just my personal opinion on the products that I brought. I have the blower/trimmer combo that's listed here, but I also have a pole saw from Worx that also isn't that great, but that's review for another day.To end it, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of both the trimmer and blower as neither are that powerful for the yard work that needs to be done. I wish that I could've gotten around to using them before my return window closed, but it's unfortunate on my part. For anyone who reads this review you may feel the same once you try this combo out and you may not. I'm really just giving a forewarning to carefully assemble and try them out first and not wait till the return window is closed like I did.

From two-day to two weeks on shipping - ( Updated - Lives Up to the Hype )
I have yet to use the products as of yet but I have tested it by inserting the batteries and turning the items on. My review for now basically has to do with the delivery and the dual charger. My two-day shipping turned into two weeks before the products arrived and the dual charger was not the one pictured in the advertisement photo or summary. I plan to review the actual products within the near upcoming weeks. Based on the brief test that I ran with the batteries, they seem to be full of power and I look forward to using them. I do believe that I should be sent the correct dual charger pictured. I also feel that the adequate paperwork should be included in the the shipment in order to register the items for warranty. I look forward to hearing from Amazon,Worx or both in regards to these matters. Stars based on the tests only and not the actual use yet.I'm making good on my comment to review the actual products.I've actually used the products three times since my original review. The first time being on the seventh of last month and the third being today. I'm very impressed by the performance of these tools, they are powerful and well worth the investment. Don't be deterred by the negative reviews, these tools live up to the hype of the infomercials. You can easily be influenced by the negative reviews or you can try it for yourself. With the 30 day guarantee you have nothing to lose.My only issue would be the thickness of the string for the trimmer. It's fine for standard grass and weeds but, if you have thicker straw type weeds this string just won't cut it (no pun intended). I find that adding thicker string does the job perfectly. Also, if you have a big yard I suggest you purchase the 4.0 batteries or larger. I have a corner lot home and found that out the hard way. It's worth the few extra dollars if you can spare it to purchase the 4.0.Other than what I've mentioned I have no issues with the products as of yet. The issue that I still have is that no one from Amazon or Worx ever reached out to me in regards to the battery charger. I also feel that the shipping took way too long.I hope you find this review helpful and informative. I'm now upgrading my stars from two to what you see presently.

Great combo and value
I got the combo on Prime day for 150 and it's a fantastic value. The dual battery was the plus. I knew going in that the 20v 2.0ah was the weakest of the batteries but i only have a front yard of my parent's house to mow and this was perfect. The battery lasted about 30 mins of on/off use on both blower and trimmer. I've read reviews of the trimer being too heavy, awkward or not powerful enough. All untrue. Either user error, defective battery/product or that person needs to hire a professional lawn person instead as they are too weak. My 100lb mom can easily use the trimmer. As far as power, my dad let the grass grow 5" into the walkway with about 3" height of grass/dirt and I chopped it like it was nothing. As far as the blower being weak, I barely put it on high! I love using it to dust out the garage and use it to dust off or dry off my car after a car wash too. If you need more power or battery life, clam up and get the higher batteries or have real expectations. This is a fantastic deal IMO.

Not good, in every sense. 20V maybe too little but ergo is really bad too.
I shopped for and bought these for my father at his request for a combo. He had a budget to follow and it led me to the worx or the dewalt if memory serves. I chose these as it came with two higher capacity batteries as compared to the others for the same cost. Huge fail, he had been complaining about them since early spring, just this past weekend I went over to see what the fuss was about. The blower is gutless and batteries discharge almost instantaneously. The trimmer is slightly better in terms of battery life and power, but the ergonomics are horrid. Holding the trimmer is very awkward due to the poor mostly nonadjustable handle design and wrist discomfort/pain occurs only moments into using it. Ok if the grass is very short or not dense, but really struggles if you don't trim twice a week, Stay away from this (and perhaps other 20V models?). We cannot return it as he used points off his visa that he cancelled last fall, been too long now. I actually gave it 2 vs 1 star because I tried to tell him 20V wouldn't be enough based on other reviews, but he prefers to buy really cheap stuff all the time.

Big fan of WORKS products!
I've had a Works grass trimmer for about 6 years and I really like it.. still works great. My mom's trimmer broke and I jumped at this deal because I wanted a good lightweight trimmer for her and the leaf blower for me. I tried it out, surprisingly powerful for battery leaf blower! Even at the lower setting... A bit hard on the ears (high pitch) at the high setting. I hated dealing with the extension cord with my old leaf blower.. Now I can go everywhere. Battery lasts least at 30 min(I stopped and there was still power left). As for the trimmer 35-40 min of non stop use before it dies..My mom luvs this trimmer, super easy to handle, light, well designed, the wheels are very useful at supporting the weight.(her arm is sprained and she can still use it!)Just the 2 batteries and double charger alone are worth at least $120 if you were to buy separately.. so a no brainer really! Also bought the Works Ai Drill.. LUV IT! All batteries interchangeable 👍 😁

No more gasoline and the end of the ICE age
Best ever trimmer and blower. Lightweight and powerful. Trimmer new simplified design for edging even better than the previous model. Blower does most jobs on low speed, very quiet. Comes with 2 4Ah batteries, plenty for any job and the charger has 2 ports. Absolutely no reason to buy a gas version anymore for residential applications.

Light and easy to use
I bought the Worx cordless hedge trimmer and loved it, so decided to go for the grass trimmer and leaf blower too. They are very light and easy to use. I also find that I am using the grass trimmer more often than my old corded version, simply because I can just pick it up and go instead of hauling out the long extension cord and unwinding it.

Super weak - but that's what you get for battery power
Super weak.. the leaf blower barely blows out more than my hairdryer. Guess that's what you get for battery powered things, but might seriously consider returning.
