For whatever reason I figured it would be on a stand of some sort. Anyway, leaning it on an angle against something I had a hard time getting the zing arrows to even stick on. Once I put it completely upright, they did stick but don't stay on too long. Long enough to have fun and count the score though. The most fun we had so far with this though is with using a nerf maverick gun and shooting those little suction darts at this. They stick for a long time and we were able to have a real competition where we tried to see who could get the perfect bullseye. Overall, we like this board. I'm not sure if I want to hang it up somewhere since its indoor outdoor...we'd have to have to separate nails or whatever in both places and keep moving it I guess. Because really, it has to be pretty straight for the darts to stick (especially the zing darts)...otherwise, they fling right off.One thing I did dislike, and this happened to me twice within the past week, Amazon has been sending me frustration free packing when I don't ask for that. Luckily both items were for us and not a present for someone else.
