I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it so much he gifted copies to his mom and sister. It’s a lovely and relaxing book and makes a wonderful gift.

I am drawn to this book because of the illustrations by Sarah Cray. The paintings are lovely and I look at them for inspiration.

Each quote and accompanying painting will remind you to slow down, breathe deep, and cherish the moment. This is a wonderful book to use as a meditation focal point, or just as a sweet reminder to take a few minutes every day to Be Still and give thanks for the moment. It would be a perfect little gift for anyone who loves watercolor art, or practices meditation and mindfulness.
