Q: How many people does one bag serve?

Hi Ray, thanks for your question. This item sells as two 1-pound bags, for a total of 2 pounds. How many people it serves really depends on how much each person wants to eat. I would say normally 10-15 people per pound, but of course that's just a guess. I'm sure plenty of folks have eaten half a bag in one sitting. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Q: How hot and spicy are these cheese straws?

Thanks for your question. They are spicier than our Traditional cheese straws, but not too hot. They do have a little kick, but not overpowering.

Q: Are the enzymes in the cheese from animals?

The aged yellow cheddar used in our cheese straws is made with microbial enzymes, not animal rennet. Thank you for your question.

Q: I’m having a problem with my bottom teeth and can’t eat anything very chrisp or hard. Will these soften or “melt” in the mouth?

They aren’t too crisp, just a little bit whey you bite into them and then they definitely melt in your mouth. They’re kind of expensive but I think that they are really delicious, my favorite gluten free snack.
