Superb Item guidebook...
I love that. This book is one of the best narratives I have read on the scientific relationship between healthy food, nutrition, and the fight against the disease. I'm going to best rating this good content book. Thankful!

Better understanding why the human race has grown for thousands of years. In very early days there were no drug companies yet even after epidemics human race has grown. The answer has to be our bodies are capable to fight off deceases and this book provides a rational explanation of why this has happened. For me it is the best one I have head of. Also many times drugs are created starting with something in nature, fungi or herb and then other elements are added. These other elements our body does not know how to handle and every manufactured drug comes with side effects and some as serious possible death.
I would strongly recommend reading the Kindle at a very reasonable price. I also bought the book Eat to Beat Disease and is pretty lengthy.

A most have book
You should all get this book first if you are serious about your health. No kidding here. Don't expect to be in good health if you listen to the food pyramid or the food companies.

Nothing new for healthy eaters
Nothing new for me who is already aware of healthy food . Good for people who are new to healthy eating.

Quick and easy
Was able to get to the important information quick. More medical terminology than I cared for but the scientific case was made.

shortcut?
This summary is POORLY written. You get the general idea of what Eat to Beat Disease is about (the author's first language is definitely not English) and not enough practical information.
