Sekero rice cake,Korean rice cake, Rice Balls 24oz/pk (Pack of 1)

Lots of reviews say they got a package was moldy, or had other issues.I've ordered them like 5? times.so far this year, and haven't had any issues.They do require a 5-10 min soak in hot water before using (or they split apart. 10-15 min if you froze them!) and you are supposed to refrigerate or freeze them (they are "dried" but they won't keep and aren't meant to be left out, especially after opening!)Flavorwise they are very plain, and lend themselves to sweet or savory uses since they soak up whatever you cook them in.Highly recommend these, but I am not sure if they'd ship well in the summer/hot months (I live near FL, so summer temps can hit over 100F and that's not counting in the back of a delivery truck!).

This was my 1st time trying the Rice Cake Balls. They were very good. No mold like other reviews. The texture changes the longer you cook them. After 4 minutes they were still a lot chewier than I expected so I cooked them longer. I rinsed them in cold water and cooked them for 7 minutes with vegetables, tofu and mushrooms. Made my own broth. I will definitely order this again. Nice change from Ramen Noodles.

These are nice and small I cut in half it is two balls connected they are great in my korean soy bean stew!!! YES I will buy again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great product

This is our third purchase. The quality is great and it comes vacuum sealed. These rice cakes are delicious!! You will not be disappointed, our family really enjoys them !

I added these to a ramen I was making. They added such a great texture dynamic. Loved it.

I wanted to use it in a Chinese dessert dish but turn out it is salty so the whole dish tastes strange. Good texture though.

I have an autistic son who loves crunchy rice balls or puffs. I bought these based off the description of rice balls when in actuality they arrived looking that packing peanuts. They are not rice balls as they must be cooked/boiled in a liquid to possibly be edible which is not the standard rice ball with a crunch. Very disappointed in the items description, the stores no return policy and Amazon for backing that same policy when the item was not accurate in its description

They were good and package well. Chewy and took on flavor. I will order again.
