Lightstuff Body Health Tool Kit – Complete Body Fat Caliper & Body Tape Measure System for Accurate Fitness & Weight Loss Tracking

As a personal trainer I was looking for a caliper to measure body fat on my clients. This works great. The tape measure is also great. I do feel the BMI is a little off but as shown to be accurate when I hand calculate clients information. All these tool are great and do work for what the are intended for. Price fit my budget perfectly.

This is a cheap piece of junk I wish I didn't buy. First, the tape measure is supposed to retract into the plastic container. Upon first use the tape would never go back in. I had to cut off the container to use it. Then I notice for some weird reason the measure starts at 2 inches instead of 0 so I have to subtract 2 inches off each measurement I took. This made me feel that I was not certain about the simplest task of measuring with this tool. As for the caliper, it doesn't seem accurate. It's telling me I'm lean when I'm clearly not lean. Don't waste your money on this. I wish I hadn't. JUST RAISED MY RATING FROM 1 TO 3 I finally figured out what I was doing wrong with the tape measure. Instead of having a tape with 0" - 60" it has a tape that's 2" - 60" and you're supposed to use the plastic container while you measure, and it measures 2". To my mind, this is not accurate. Not as bad as I thought but not great. I ordered a different tape from another company that shows it starts with 0" measurement. That will be more accurate and easy to use IMO. Also saw that there is this little round button on the tape container that rewinds it. Too bad there weren't instructions about the tape measure gadget. that would have saved me a lot of hassle. JUST RAISED MY REVIEW FROM 3 TO 4 DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good but not for professional coach

Measuring tape works well and easy to use for body measurements! I love it! I've been taking my body measurements for years and can't believe I didn't get this a decade ago. BMI wheel is kind of cool, if a bit unnecessary for individual usage considering how easy it is to get your BMI. I found the caliper difficult to use, but that is probably just me and I'd likely have trouble with any caliper. The guide and instructions weren't particularly helpful though.

Skin caliper bottoms out (clicks) before making contact with my pinch. The resistance of the measuring guide is enough to set the measurement. Zero quality control.

This toolkit was exactly what I was looking for. I had some trouble trying to get the measurements initially but the step by step manual was very helpful! I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a more exact body fat percentage or wants more than one way of measuring their body fat.

Not even close to what i expected. If you have the knowledge you will know it doesn't work. Cheap flimsy plastic. Company customer service was ok.
