These things will drill the hardest Steel, I kid you not!
I was trying to extract a broken bolt out of a 360 Chrysler head, that I had snapped off, I snapped the extractor off in the bolt as well, I purchased these drills to drill it out, it took me 3 minutes and I had a perfect hole to tap.. what a lifesaver!

I had to drill though hard material and this bit was required. It got the job done.

Easily Drilled Hardened Steel
I had titanium and cobalt drills that were not working. I ordered this carbide bit and drilled the hole I needed in 5-10 minutes.

Impressed
Bought this drill in desperation to get a single part done that requires 1400~ .125 diameter holes .500 deep in 6061 Aluminum. Tried the Kennametal GoDrill and could only get around 2000~ holes before failure. Put one of theses drill in and I’ve drilled 22,500~ holes so far and it’s still going strong. Running at 6000 RPM with a full retract pecking cycle. Pecking depth of .055 and federate of 35 IPM. Definitely worth the money!Update 3/23/23: I’ve drilled 51,000 holes so far (2,125 FEET of Aluminum) on the same drill and finished the job. Best 16 bucks I’ve ever spent.

Don't use it freehand, or it will snap off.

This is a great bit. Cut through a hardened steel shifter handle no problem.
Ruined 2 different cobalt bits before buying this one. Cut through hardened steel easily. Will definitely buy again if and when needed.

Cuts nice, but definitely brittle
Nice bit, cuts well but really truly brittle.I figured everyone else breaking these is doing it wrong so I figured it would give it a shot for 1/4” stainless.You truly need a perfect, vibration free vise and are drilling perfectly in line.It was going great till one hole was slightly imperceptibly out of line. Violently shattered the bit. Going to switch to something more flexible for now
