These are amazing for anything where you are wiping up significant debris. For example, they work great for wiping down work tables and wedging tables in the ceramics studio. They rinse clean easily. The open cells pick up a lot and the size is great. Large enough to make quick work of cleaning, and small enough that I can wring them out easily. They aren't abrasive, but they do sponge clay off of plaster very nicely. I like the tan color a lot. We have all sorts of large sponges in the studio, and these are the ones everyone reaches for first.

The sponge I received had different packaging and smaller pores than the sponge pictured on Amazon. I returned the sponge.

I got these for use with Optimum Poly Tech ONR ( Optimum No Rinse ) for cleaning the car & truck/ They work great for this. I go through 2 per year ( depending on how many washes in the winter ) and they are great for holding the ONR solution in them. I use a grit guard in the rinse bucket ( I still do 2 bucket with ONR ),
