Pro:It looks good and is a slim design, the power cable is nice and long.The screen is nice and big.Cons:The screen is nice and big so it does take up a fair bit of window space.2019 maps, also tries to take you up roads that don't actually exist.Does not do postcode search despite showing you the postcode in the address.Has a tenancy to take you off road down tight lanes all the time instead of sticking to the main roads.The back light can be adjusted from 100% to 100% so it's too bright at night even with the night theme selected.Summary :I have sent it back and will pay a lot more for a brand name. Personally I think this unit is dangerous if you don't know the roads you are using (hence having a sat nav) as there are far simpler routes to take.

I’ve worked out the answer to the problem of “my sat nag has no voice or sound”..... all volume settings were set to loud. Language and voice settings checked and set. Still there was no voice, or beeps at all. HOWEVER..... go into radio, select settings and unclick “use fm”. Sudden sound! Voice is working! No idea why fm selection should be a master volume button - maybe if it’s using fm then it bypasses all other sound?! Anyway, working now.Other then that delay, excellent say nav! Very clear.

Perfect, it is so easy to use navigating through all the menus. The 7'' screen is just what you need when using your long distance glasses while driving, making it nice and easy to follow the route instructions and see the street names. Only downside was it always showing speed cameras in the area when clearly there wasn't any. Plus it would be nice to know where you can get the map updates from because of the new roads always popping up.

This is my first truck sat nav so I can’t compare it to anything else but I can list the pros and cons.Pros:Easy to use and set upVery long charging cableGood size display screenGreat priceCons:Doesn’t acknowledge real time traffic and road closures and re route accordinglySometimes the speed limit is in MPH sometimes it goes in Kilometres making it sometimes confusingThe nav has tried to take me down 2 roads unsuitable for HGV’s and 1 low bridge so you definitely can’t 100% rely on it taking you down suitable roadsIn conclusion it’s a good sat nav for the price But after 2 months of use I will be looking to save up and purchase a more comprehensive product that I have a bit more confidence in. It is however a good starter and budget product.

Great buy, was looking for something that could do me until buying a "proper sat nav for the truck" but this can next day as i needed it asap and had to wait a few days for a tom tom or garmin truck sat nav, so pleased with the routing and accuracy that i dont think i'll bother upgrading. Routing so far has been spot on. Struck settings have ranges instead of 100% accurate (for example i have width at 8' as i cant put 7'8". But for a saving of somewhere in the region of £200 this is something i can put up with.Used in Uk, south east / south west / midlands and Wales.All in very happy and pleasantly surprised.

Although the item arrived in time and good condition I was disappointed that the parcel did not include assembly instruction. So assembly was purely by trial and error. My main problem was I could not attach the part which holds the unit securely. It kept falling off while trying to attached to the base attachment. I may be missing the trick but proper instruction would have helped. I cannot comment on the operation of this unit as I did not try it out in the fear of damaging it. Others have found this unit good so perhaps the one I received was faulty.

I got off to a shaky start with the Navigator. I had to ask many questions regarding how I would get map updates. The Seller answered every question clearly and with patience. Overall I say this is a great value for money product designed and built to a high standard. I recommend this product.
