This item was exactly what I was looking for. A small, durable, easy transport cutting surface to keep in my portable hobby box. Price is definitely high for such a small simple item. Cutting surface has worked great, very durable. Looks like the only color people seem to get is pink, so I wonder if the 'random' claim is bull. But all in all, what they ship is what it says, and it works as hoped. Just a reminder folks, make sure to actually read about what you are buying to make sure you want to buy it.

Perfect little cutting mat!
I was looking for a small cutting mat to fit inside of my pencil case and this one is perfect! You get a random color - but even though I was hoping for a different color, I was lucky to get one that matched my case. Good quality, exactly as listed, would recommend.

NOT self-healing
Very disappointed-NOT "self healing". I was SUPER excited to have this teeny tiny mat to use while paper piecing at my sewing machine. Sadly, as you can see in my pictures... this mat is NOT very durable. My blade is not new or dull, and medium pressure that can safely be used on any other mat I have left a massive slash across the mat through to the foam center; it felt like cutting through butter!The second picture shows low pressure applied that just barely cut through the fabric, but STILL left a good sized cut in the mat. The size is perfect for some projects, so for some uses-maybe thin paper cutting- this might still work...but be warned!

Pay Attention to Details in Description
Although the board itself seems to be of good or at least decent quality, I got burned by two details. First the measurement is in cm. A 6 inch by 6 inch board would have been perfect. As you can see in the photo, 6 x 6 cm is WAY more limited. Second, the photo makes it look lime you get the set. You get one, seemingly of random selection. I got pink, the one color I wouldn’t have chosen. Frustrating to say the least, and on me for not paying closer attention to the details. That said, would not recommend.
