Not enough protection = damaged cards.
Cards were not properly protected and arrived curled to the point of no longer being tournament legal. Completely unacceptable. I would not advise ordering any cards for use. I feel like any card shop should know that sending in just a toploader in an envelope with no rigid protection is a mistake.
