Jabsco WC electrique Quiet Flush regular 12V plus electrovan

This toilet came with my new boat. After a single year of use, the motor broke down.It was very difficult to get hold of Xylem (who now own Jabsco) customer support - it took me over a month and then out of the blue (after a few negative reviews) I got an email from them asking what the problem was...They were then very helpful to be fair to them and did replace the part under warranty free of charge. But it shouldn’t have taken a month and hours of chasing them in the first place.The toilet itself, when it works, is good and indeed pretty quiet for a macerator.
