I ordered these as portable loom boards for a demonstration weaving project given at a non-profit. They are perfect! Each paddle has been smoothed so there is no yarn snagging. This means that I didn't have to paint or seal each one. The sticks are very uniform in both size and thickness, so I was able to drill the guide holes in multiple sticks at the same time, which saved me preparation effort. And as an added bonus, since they are unmarked, we were able to write the name of the sponsoring organization on them.As if this was not enough, Christensen and Nielsen Trading Co. was concerned enough with our satisfaction that Dave took the effort to check in with us to see that our project was going well. Thanks, Dave! That is great customer service. I wish more companies showed as much concern.

These are the nicest paint paddles I have ever seen. They appear to have been sanded smooth and don't look like the rough sawn ones I have had in the past. The paddles arrived nicely packed with a write up on how the business owner found some of them in her great grandfather's tools, and tracked down the original mill that made them. They're made in the USA, and are a really quality build. I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with these.

Smooth finish, sturdy. Use in kitchen remodeling, everything from paint stirring to shimming cabinets. Well worth every penny!

Seemed expensive, but these are good quality stirring sticks. Now that I have 100, I won't have to purchase them again for the rest of my life.

After searching my areas multiple stores I searched Amazon for paint stick for crafting. The price for these was slightly higher per stick, but since I got 100 in one box I couldn't complain. Also they are of better quality than ones I could have purchased locally, and American made. I know I'll have hours of fun now making things for my garden and yard.

I primarily use these for mixing gallons of silicone for cosplay projects. They're excellent, since there's no residual sawdust, they don't splinter into your material, and they are almost always strong enough to NEVER snap while stirring (I think 1 in every 200 paddles will split when I'm being especially vigorous).Never go begging at the Lowe's paint section again, where they begrudgingly give you a pitiful ration of 2-4 sticks. I was really impressed by the quality of these sticks. I bought them mainly as paint stir sticks, but they are so finely made that they would be great for all kinds of craft use. These sticks are very consistent: they're all uniformly shaped, and the surfaces are very smooth.I'm glad I went with Henry's Best Paint Stir Sticks. They really are the best!

Wow I would have never pictured myself writing a review for paint paddles, but I was so impressed with the quality of these Henry's sticks that I had to leave a review. These aren't the cheap balsa wood sticks you get free from the home improvement store, they are a smooth nice hardwood, so no splinters and they'll last a really long time. I have enough paint stirrers to last the rest of my life now, I believe. Like I said, I was taken aback by the craftmanship of these, it's the kind of thing you won't find too easily these days. Proof that great products are still produced right here in the USA. Highly recommended if you're looking for the best!
