For £15 you get 40 tablets at 37p/each, providing quite a substantial dosage of each B vitamin.Usually I get to review B vitamin supplements with the standard 100% NRV of each nutrient, yet this supplement appears to more closely follow the dosages used in clinical studies showing efficacy.B vitamins are touted to contribute to increased alertness and energy. In particular, B12 is the most commonly used for increased energy, especially in high dosages like the 1100% NRV used in this supplement.Interestingly Swisse have used green tea extract, consisting of 60mg caffeine, as a stimulant. I think this is the first time I have seen a B vitamin supplement include GTE. It also includes 100mg Theanine, which helps with focus and counteracts some of the jitteriness of caffeine, and 70mg of Polyphenols.The caffeine and theanine from the green tea extract will provide an effect that you can feel, but the B vitamins aren't the type of nutrients where you feel their effects, although there is an incredibly subtle noticable impact from B12.I do think this is a little overpriced and that the 40 tablet supply is a strange number; why not make the tub either 30 or 60 tablets? With 40 tablets, you need to resupply every 5.5 weeks, so this is rather inconvenient.Overall I would rather buy a B vitamin and GTE separately and save on the cost per tablet, but this is rather convenient if you want to get all of these in one.

I love B vitamins as I am constantly in demand of energy for physical activity. I am doing boxing and weight lifting.In Red Bull and some of the energy drinks you also have B vitamins (V more so) and caffeine.I have used Swisse's before training as I have started to get off of using pre workout so much for every session otherwise I am gonna make my heart explode by the time i reach 50.I am a male in my early 30s. I can say that these make a decent contribution to energy. Sure part of mustering up energy is your own will to carry on especially when the first part of training gets tough. Luckily I was able to use these before our third lockdown came in in, the UK.Swisse mark their products slightly above but they have a good reputation and good ingredients.You can buy their stuff with confidence that the quality is there.The pills are larger than normal and do not have capsules. They are compressed powder pills.Brown pills and only 40 of them. There should be a larger size available for purchase.

These capsules are effective, but I found the taste, size and hard makeup of these to be quite difficult to swallow. I had to break them in two and drink each half with water. I have taken one a day, no more and usually shortly after mid day. The B vitamins in these did give me a sharp and alert state of mind - so I would recommend them for the mental benefits. though they do take a toll and I fealt drained by midnight after taking these. Id advise drinking plenty of water and taking these about meal time to get the proper benefits out of them. With 40 capsules inside I would also recommend pacing your intake, maybe add some gaps.

SO, the brand is relatively new to the UK but is an Australian one and looking at the content and the brand is clearly a premium brand. Even has Chris Hemsworth attached to it...All jokes aside its a good vitamin with a broad range of what you need.Tablet form I found them easy to swallow but equally easy to snap in half if need be.Been using them for a few weeks now and notice the difference.Like all supplements though they dont replace a bad diet.

With winter on it's way I was happy to receive these supplements. The supplements are high in B vitamins and contain a good selection of vitamins that are known for improving energy levels. I was surprised at how large the tablets are! They are a brown colour, with a very peculiar smell...but most importantly for me, no bad tasting aftertaste! In the bottle you receive 40 tablets, at 1 tablet a day there are more than enough to last you the month. Have I noticed an improvement in my energy levels? No not really...this could be down to only taking them for a month though, they could just need more time?

These are large pills and they smell funky - difficult to swallow due to the size. Despite the smell they had no after taste.They have made my wee turn bright yellow as well.I havent noticed a boost in my energy levels as yet with these or any improvement in my endurance levels whilst working out.I dont think I would recommend these.

This is a strong vitamin B complex that should boost energy as it not just contains vitamin B but also green tea which has caffeine.The tablets are a dark brown colour and are quite large as well as a bit smelly though no more so than most vitamin B complex tablets.I like the formulae and its a good vitamin to take though I’m not sure if it’s actually boosting my energy yet but I will see how I get on.

I have been taking these for over a week now and i have found i do seem to have a energy surge a little after taking them.I struggle swallowing these tablets as they are rather large and have a distinct smell and taste.I would have to keep taking for a longer period of time to get a fuller picture but so far so good.
