These are well made and beautiful chopsticks. They are way better than my previous set that I bought from HMart. I also have been running them in the dishwasher and they seem to be fine!

When I visited Vietnam about 12 years ago, I brought back a lot of cooking and kitchen goods.One of the items was chopsticks, which at the time I thought to be bamboo.Over time one lost here, one broken there, and my suuply dwindled, and I have yet to be able to return to that unique country, nor have I been able to find chopsticks like I had even in the Vietnamese areas here.Strangely I found these on Amazon, almost identical to my originals. What I like the most is like the originals that they have a square profile except for the very tip, and because of this I find them very comfortable to use.My originals are raw, no finish or coating, these have some type of finish which I proceeded to strip off leaving me with chopsticks now identical to my beloved originals.Of course now I realize that the chopsticks I brought back were not bamboo, but this ironwood.So I am happy, just wish they were available raw so I could avoid the work of stripping them, it is worth it though because the raw wood finish is nicer to hold and grips the food better, and keeping them clean has never been a problem.I will likely order a pack or two more as who knows if they will continue to be available.

No fancy lacquer / decoration, classic sturdy natural bamboo/wood (so tired of all the slippery pointy metal /plastic chopsticks nowadays). I’m loving these for the pure traditional functionality, just the way I want it 👍

Great ironwood chopsticks (for the brown color option) but the dimensions listed on the description is a little off. The top diameter is 0.28in and bottom is 0.18in (see my pictures). The bottom is listed as 0.12in so I was expecting it to be a bit thinner/more pointy but it’s not much deal. My current chopsticks at home measured 0.12in diameter so I thought I’ll have a matching set but they don’t.

Always nice to have some chopsticks around. These are a nice value, are not flimsy, and wash up well. Downside - The cheapo kind gives you splinters and drops bits of wood into your food which give you that extra fiber, well, with this upgraded version of chopsticks, you will have to go outside and chew on sticks instead.

Great value, great quality and came out just fine after a machine wash.
