not what i expected..constantly rolling sl ots just to inconvinient to even wear on top of the pain when its just a roll or rubber stretched on your legs...purchase the non roll instead i would say...sad bc i had hopes they would work for the price.

Shipping is was quick and earlier than expected so that was a positive.The blue band did come with a hole already punctured unfortunately in it. It’s fairly small. I will continue to use them until it grows and becomes unusable as these are hard to get ahold of locally.The green band and the blue band roll during working out. It seems to be fairly common for most resistance loops/bands but still frustrating as I have yet to be able to use those colors properly because of rolling.The black band/loop is in great condition as is the green. The black does NOT roll but it’s considered heavy resistance so you work 3x as hard. The idea is to use the lower/lighter ones and work up to challenge yourself. Unfortunately that hasn’t been an option for me.For the price they are worth the purchase but check for any holes or rips in your loops/bands prior to using. And be prepared for lots of rolling.

I had planned on using this product to workout but the material rolls up before i can even place on my thighs so it’s like having a big rolled up rubber band that does not lay flat across the thighs.. I do not recommend this product

These bands don’t really give the resistance I needed and were better for moves that required a larger range of motion. Rolled too easily.

They work ok, but are so thin that they slide and roll. They have to be adjusted a lot or just deal with it being rolled.

Just what I need for stretching as I start my exercise routine.

One band already broke. Not happy.
