GREAT FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON - NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL !!!!!
The box came overnight as described. It seems much small than last year though. All the polvorones were in tact so nothing broken. They're not too sweet thank goodness! They're fresh and delicious. There were 6 in the box. The box comes double wrapped in plastic, inside the box the polvorones were in another festive wrap plastic!! Yeah not getting opened by anyone before delivered. GREAT FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON!!! BUY MORE THAN 1

Re-Starting Spanish Holiday Traditions
I purchased it from the seller medineterranean and they totally fulfilled my expectations! The box of polvorones was bubble-wrapped and sealed in a vanilla bubble-padded envelope. With twice the bubble wrap protection, the package arrive with a little crease on the box, but no damage on the polvorones. The polvoron tasted fresh and awfully similar to the mantecados that I remembered. My family came from Spain and eating mantecados was a holiday tradition. Last I had mantecados was about a decade ago when we had guests from Spain visiting us. I honestly just found out that mantecados and polvorones are not exactly the same, but thankfully - my family and I are quite fond of almonds so this was great news. We can’t find mantecados or polvorones like these here where I live so I am super grateful these are available on Amazon. Thank you for bringing back a little nostalgic touch to my holiday this year!!

Melt in your mouth
The taste of almonds melt in your mouth cookies. Pairs great with coffee tea or milk.

Very Stale, and crumbly.
Very disappointed! I am from Portugal and have always enjoyed Polvoron. These are very Stale and old tasting, and fall apart into crumbs. Wanted to share with family over Christmas, basically we spat them out of our mouths, that's how old they tasted. Avoid this bad experience because they will not refund or take returns. BAD PRODUCT.

Christmas in Madrid
OH MY!!! These bring back such memories! I lived and Madrid as a girl and these were available in the bakery around the holidays and a favorite of mine! To have found them here in the US is such a treat. That mixture of almond flour, lard, confectioners sugar and tiny chunks of almond are heaven on earth. Try them once with a cup of coffee or better yet Spanish chocolate you are in for such a treat!

The box is too small.
I didn't expect the box to be so small, I am from Spain and I love polvorones but I don’t think I will buy it again for this price.
