no file to remove chip so useless
the file not in box to remove chip useless and out of time to return because didnt need till now - £45 completely wasted I can now see the file hasnt been there for other customers either

We found it impossible to put in new chip
The price seemed really good, however it was impossible to get the chip out of the original ( the file wasn't included in the pack) and now I have a cartridge which I can't use.
