Pins that Work!
I just finished pinning a small quilt with these pins and I am very happy with them. They went in easily and snapped closed securely. No problem with dull points or heads detaching, as with some other brands. I removed a few to see if they would leave holes, but the holes disappeared with a slight brush of my fingers across the cloth. I am now ordering more to use on the queen sized quilt I am constructing next. The only problem I encountered was ONE pin was not curved, but I fixed that with a pair of needle-nosed pliers, and the pin now looks just like all the others in the box.

Very very very disappointed with the quality - threw them in trash
I purchased a box of these pins in 2017 for my quilt projects. I love them and use them a LOT. So much so, that I needed more. So I ordered another box a couple weeks ago. I opened the box today. I was surprised how much thinner and poor quality the new ones are. Singer must have lowered their quality standards. I struggled with a couple dozen pins: flimsy, dull, unpolished shanks and heads fell off. Ugh. After being able to install only 4 pins in 5 minutes, into the trash they went. Super dissapointing. I should be sending them back for a refund. Grrrrr. Singer.... If you read this.... Please go back to your former standards.

Must have for quilters!
I used these to sandwich my first quilt and they worked wonderfully. I love the curved edge because it gave extra room for my sandwiched fabric. The flower case is a nice bonus and the lid snaps shut tightly.

Work great, could be a little sharper
I've already used these pins to baste a small quilt - they worked beautifully. I only gave them 4 stars because it seems that some of them were not as sharp as others so it took a little more pressure to get them through three layers. I love the flower shaped container they come it, easy open & close.

Big holes, but easier work....pro and con.
I used these pins for pinning a quilt....the left BIG holes in the fabric. They may disappear when the quilt gets washed but in the meantime, not too happy with that. On the positive side, I do like pinning with the larger pins rather than the smaller.

Rough tips
Good size and sturdiness BUT tips are very rough and snag on cotton quilting fabric. Bought these because of Singer name. Thought I would get a quality product. Wouldn't buy again.

Great pins!
I love using the size 2 curved safety pins for basting quilts. These work well and I haven't had an issue with them rusting, which is great!

just what I needed...quickly
these were the right style and size for what I needed. (Do you have any idea how many pins it takes to baste a king size quilt?!)

Just as described.
Perfect for quilting purposes! The case is useless though, as it wont stay shut.

Dissapointed
Pins are not sharp and do not penetrate fabric easily.
