Botany Coloring Book for Relaxing: A Flower Adult Coloring Book, Beautiful and Awesome Floral Coloring Pages for Adult to Get Stress Relieving and Relaxation

Over all I am enjoying this coloring book. I use colored pencilsPros:Not too many tiny spaces to color. Saves having to sharpen pencils and saves my eyes.Paper allows me to lay down the lightest amount of color, which makes shading and contouring easier and allows me to build up color.Cons:Some of the photos have excessive bold "contouring" lines which take away from the final picture, especially if using lighter colors. Would have been better if fewer and thinner lines. It is almost as if the pictures were traced from photos and not specially drawn for a coloring book.Would be nice:Names of flowers depicted.Light background details. I realize not everyone wants background details but I would prefer just a little.

The media could not be loaded.  Really big and clear pictures and tells you what each flower is so you can look up and get reference to what they are supposed to look like to color properly and accurately! Ill be buying another one for sure

Love the book, hate the fact that the pages are not serrated. Every other coloring book I have ever gotten his hand serrated edges along the side. This one does not and it’s just terrible. The actual pictures however are wonderful, and a little ladybug that you have to find this very cute. :-)

This by far is one of my favorite books that I've gotten to color it has realistic flowers with their names on them so I look up the original flower and color it to that specification The pictures are beautiful and seem real would definitely order again or something similar

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this based on a previous video review I saw, but the version I received was different. The simple thin black frames have been removed and the back of pages is now printed dark gray (which I found dulled out the piece on the other side, though I assume it was done in order to prevent the drawings being visible through the light paper.I would rate this an overall 3.5/5, just know what you are getting. For my intended use this ended up being a 2/5. This coloring book is purposable for just relaxing and children, but not a high enough quality I would hang it on my wall like I'd wanted. The line quality is a bit too low resolution, the paper too light. I would definitely not recommend any wet mediums. I would compare it to slightly lighter paper than typical sketch paper with a slightly inconsistent grit.Just because it doesn't suit my purposes doesn't make it a poor product, for coloring alone it is perfectly fine. I may even trace some of the designs onto better paper for coloring. A good portion of the drawings (linework aside) are actually quite lovely.I've attached a video with various mediums on the paper of this sketchbook, a piece of strathmore sketch paper, a page of watercolor paper, and another coloring book I ordered at the same time which was a better fit for what I thought I was ordering. The 'realistic' subject matter of the book is probably going to attract people looking to use more heavy-duty mediums.To the seller I would recommend uploading more images and videos to ensure buyers know what they getting, and as another review mentioned please don't watermark the smaller (but higher resolution!) images!!! Don't bother printing the backs of the pages- use the money on better paper or higher resolution prints instead. I would have preferred a slightly smaller book at a higher resolution. A tiny coloring book made of all those 1/4 shrunken down designs would actually have been really neat!

Back of pages are black which creates a carbon copy on next few pages.

This was a gift and the recipient is happy with the patterns. Shipping was good, item arrived right on time.

I have had many coloring books and this one way just okay. The illustrations we're not that complex and it just wasn't what I thought I was getting. The paper is also super thin so with gel pens they bleed through..not bad but wouldn't buy again.

Very nice pictures. I recommended this book for relax.
