Thanks V much** A: I don't know the exact weight in grams, but I'd say it was the equivalent of a small tin / farmhouse loaf that you'd get in a bakery. Being oat based, it's pretty filling and you don't need as much as you would normal bread. I really like it and buy it all the time. Plus you can cook it in the airfryer, if your airfryer is a reasonable size (5 litre?). **Q: Is this product suitable for bread making machines?** A: No. The bread kit consists of a foil square baking tray , bag of bread mix. To make this soda bread tear the perforated part of the bag open and pour in 300ml milk. close bag using the self sealing strip and massage the milk in to the bread mix. This takes around 5 mins to create a even mixture. Pour into the foil tray ad pop in fan oven at 180 degrees C for 35 mins. Seems to be the case, misleading** A: My review is for the normal non gluten free version. **Q: Can i use Buttermilk to make this?** A: I'm not sure about buttermilk, but the instructions say you can use any type of milk.
