Significantly Reduces Drying Time
No doubt these reduce tumble drying time. We’ve got a condenser dryer and it cuts time by at least half an hour if not more.Only down side is that they leave some “fluff” residue on things, but if you want to reduce electricity consumption they’re definitely still worth it.

I'll always buy wool dryer balls.
At time of review these cost £8.99 for a 6 packs. My old ones had been on their last tumbles and I needed new ones. The older ones have lasted probably 3-4 years.I still don't know if they make the drying time quicker, but I do notice that my washing isn't static.

Bought it a month ago and it has changed my dryer game. The balls keep their shape and help my clothes dry faster and better.

So glad I bought these
I was holding back buying these for ages and I wish I hadn’t, they are fantastic. I previously had the plastic ones that made a terrible noise and not sure if they helped do anything but these are so quite and I do feel my washing is slightly softer and a very little bit less creased. For me it is definitely worth it and I have used them a lot already and they are still great.

Great balls!
I've put drops of linen fresh essential oil on these balls and not only do the clothes dry faster with less wrinkles, they smell gorgeous and fresh. They absolutely stop the bedding rolling up into a ball so saves on drying time.

My Alternative Universe
As per usual my personal experience is more martian than earth. I can't fault these particular woolly balls for what they are, but restrain your enthusiasm as they have their downside. They are quality balls, large, don't shed on clothes, come in a nice bag, and don't smell of anything. But they are very noisy, a bit like distant artillery fire in your laundry room or kitchen and I wouldn't really be confident that a flat neighbour would be too enamoured listening to them thru the walls. They do a stellar job on 100% cotton towels and t-shirts which come out very soft. Where they are a huge problem is when used on 100% cotton sheets. Did someone say they make things come out unwrinkled? This is where I am on mars. My sheets came out looking like they'd been used as a football for elephant rugby. Never used to have to worry too much about ironing but now it's not an option if I use these dryer balls. Reducing the heat to low doesn't help either. And worse still? It's not a gravity problem here on mars, it's the time warp. My drying times have actually increased, not decreased! A load that previously took an hour now takes an hour and a half. I still use them for towels but otherwise given that my electricity bill increases with their use, I'll go back to my old earth ways.
