In fact I’m so pleased I kept mine (was going to bin them) but they have helped to keep cool in this hot weather and have also acted as an ‘ice pack’ for a broken limb!!! **Q: How long until it cools again** A: What I have found is this.. put it under your pillow. That way it’s stays cool. Then you just keep turning the pillow over to the cool side. Works great this way ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow nice and cool *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 September 2026* As described and at a great price works very well at keeping my menopausal wife comfortable at night ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It does cool but it holds your body heat *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 July 2026* These are okay for the price. They are thin compared to others, and they warm quickly. They take a long time to return to their normal cool state. They seem to hold the heat longer than my other mats, and they also seem to get warmer quicker than the others.mThis could be just because it is so hot at present .I will up date when it's much cooler to see if there is a difference .I would buy them again as it's a good price and it still cools, so it does what it says on the tin, so to speak. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely a bedtime must have *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 July 2025* As someone who hates the heat of summer and cannot sleep in it either I thought I'd give these a go , and they've definitely helped. They're nice and compact , not in any way uncomfortable to use , and my personal choice is one on my pillow and one under my back and omg its so nice feeling that cold , and cold that lasts without any watery residue outside. Be advised that it says on the packaging theres no need to refrigerate , but I tried that and the pad actually only stayed cold about maybe 40mins and then the outside felt warm , maybe with the humidity and heat of summer indoors ? , whereas I put the 2 pads in the fridge for 2hrs before bed and they last alot longer , so I would advise refrigerating them rather than not , but dont put in a chest freezer or the gel inside will freeze , although it'll stay colder even longer like that. Definitely a good purchase and worth having for heat relief at night or watching tv. ## Frequently Bought Together - TANNESS 2-Pack Cooling Pillow – Gel Cooling Mat and Cool Pillow Cushion for Night Sweats, Heat Reduction & Comfortable Sleep – Easy-to-Use, Reusable, and Portable Cool Mat - LKH Cooling Bed Mat & Gel Eye Mask 60x90cm Cooling Mat for Bed Cooling Mats for Humans Cooler Pad for Night Sweats Mattress Cooler & Gel Pad Dissipates Heat Increase Sleep Quality --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/205587666-tanness-2-pack-cooling-pillow-gel-cooling-mat-and-cool](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/205587666-tanness-2-pack-cooling-pillow-gel-cooling-mat-and-cool) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
