The size and quality are good. Holds moisture for an entire gym session on a HOT evening, and makes a huge difference. The cooling isn't magic, just evaporation, but this lightweight little towel holds enough water to create the cooling effect. It dries fully when rinsed and hung up overnight. But nice to have the 4, as summer gets sweaty and you can toss one in the wash and have a fresh towel ready to go.

These towels are pretty good for the gym. Long and narrow, seem pretty well made and have held up ok through the first couple of washes.

The towels are a good size that are easy to carry around the gym and great following a workout. Good value for money as well.

Used one of these to survive a music festival in Las Vegas, all day/night, blazing sun with temperatures in the mid-90's Fahrenheit, tightly crowded, no shade. As long as the cloth was damp, it was COLD. Wet it in the restroom sink or from my water bottle. Made a HUGE difference in my comfort. I put it over my head sometimes to block the sun, especially towards dusk when the sun got through the side of my sunglasses. I'm sure I looked weird but it worked! It made my t-shirt wet but so did the unavoidable sweat. Saw several other people with the same towel. And they come with little carabiners, one per towel, which are incredibly useful for all kinds of things!! I washed mine on delicate cycle in the washing machine and hung to dry, still works great! These are very lightweight and small when folded.

Everyone in our house has claimed their specific towel and we all know who's is who's. There are endless possibilities for you to utilize these amazing cooling towels and love that it's as easy as soak, wring, shake and enjoy.My wife uses hers for workouts and mine is typically with me when I'm cycling. We always had a little fan on our strollers for the children to keep cool during the heat and now that we don't need strollers these towels are a great help to let them cool down. For the record, my wife is usually out walking with them so after a while it's nice to have that cool down with the towel to give you the energy to keep going. We keep them close to any water bottle we have with us when out to add a bit of additional coolness to them.These are by far a superior towel and we all are very pleased with them.
