I have gut leak issues and get heartburn when I eat certain foods (acidic). On my journey to restore my gut health, I decided to try these probiotics recently since it had some good reviews.Probably works for some people, but FOR ME it just MADE THINGS WORSE. Haven't been able to sleep at all since taking these, as it's been giving me acid reflux (which I didn't have before), major heartburns regardless of whatever I eat (I isually get minor heartburn but only when I eat acidic foods like citrus food or tart apples). I also feel a weird sensation on my liver, like it got irritated or something.I just stopped using this product as I'm afraid the side effects keep getting worser.Unfortunately this product can't be return. I would have asked for a refund immediately!! Too bad I can't even contact customer service. This is the worse experience I've had so far when it comes to supplements. Worse ever.
