Look and work great and fit the (newer) Noctua Redux 120/140mm fans
Will buy again.The redux line doesn't come with these but now (for 120/140mm 25mm thick fans at least) they can use the standard Noctua anti-vibration pads.They're not needed on both sides of the fans, but they really add a nice quality touch to the aesthetics of a build.

Yep, It Absorbs Vibration Noise
I paid $8.95 in Feb 2022. High-quality packing and printing. The pads were placed loosely in the box. 16 pieces were included. Generally speaking, you’ll need 4 pieces per fan (the side of the fan up against the case or surface). If it’s not obvious, this box should take care of 4 fans.The product itself feels like a quality product. It has a rubbery and pliable feel with a soft, matte finish.The installation is simple. There are two nubs or guide pins that match up with two holes on each fan corner. There’s some feedback as each guide pin sets into position. But you’re not done yet. Make sure you wrap the outer edge lip around the edge of the fan. If you don’t, it won’t be flush (but might pop into place on install).I ran my Noctura with and without these pads and there is a noticeable dampening.I recommend this product (even though I wish they were included with the fan purchase).

They Are Nice
Bought them for a new build. They are nice, although I wish they just came with the fan already. They may not be necessary for your build, but if you just want peace of mind and you just want to do it right... then it's worth buying.
