Oggi Jumbo 9-1/2-Inch Ceramic Cookie Jar, White

This jar is HUGE!!! I fit a good 8 dozen cookies in this jar and still had space left. It seals great and keeps whatever you put inside fresh. I like that it's big because I usually bake a lot of cookies when I bake, and I like that they stay good for a while. This will also be perfect to keep brownies in when I make those :) Its very heavy, which I don't mind, but be careful to make sure children can't reach it. Also, the lid is attached so it's hard to rinse out if you wanted to. I would buy it again if I needed another!

I loved this cookie jar. It was nice and big. Not your typical cookie jar. The seal was real nice. I would have given it a 5 but I had to send it back. The ceramic seam was right down the middle of the word cookies and i didn't like that. I called customer service to see if they could check that problem before they could send me another one but that wasn't possible and I understood that. She did say she would let Quality know of the problem. I really like the jar, but that seam just was't cutting it.

We ordered two of these. One for our cookies and one for dog biscuits. We were waiting on these to arrive before we made our cookies, but was able to use the dogs' one right away for their biscuits, as pictured. Does everything it says it will do. Very happy with my purchase :)

This was a hit with the birthday boy and the guests! Very heavy so the person feels like they are getting a quality gift and when you fill it with their fav cookie, what can go wrong?!?! Will definately reorder for another birthday gift.

First one we opened it and it was majorly broken.Amazon sent us a new one with no questions asked.Second one came, all in one piece. But the latch isn’t sturdy as I would hope for a ceramic lid. Just put cookies in it. I hoping the lid won’t shatter when lift to open it. Good thing we kept the lid from the first one as that was the only thing was salvaged.P.s how do you add pictures to review? I would like to show the damages to the first one.

Rarely are my Amazon reviews less than three stars. Please don't buy this item! It has a very poorly designed and constructed catch for the airtight lid. I purchased this but failed to read some of the more negative reviews before doing so. Wish I had because the comments about the quality of the lid are spot on. This would be a good product were it not for the very low quality, flimsy hardware that secures the lid.Immediately after receiving, I unpacked the cookie jar and looked at the lid and catch. After only two test openings, the catch began to bend and the lid began to be askew when closed. Really a shame the catch on the lid is of such poor quality because the jar itself is very nice.

Unfortunately, mine arrived with the cookie jar and lid disassembled and for the life of me I could not reassemble, need a 3rd hand to do so

The jar itself is fine, very large, jumbo for sure. The metal latch is just terrible however. Perhaps you could get by with this flimsy latch on a small container, but this is a JUMBO jar, with a relatively heavy lid. If I didn't expect this lid to be repeatedly used maybe we chance it, but come on, it's a cookie jar, and the kids will open and close it a lot over it's life. I'm choosing quality of life on this one.
