what is the color tint 3000,4000 or 5300 ?

That's correct, it only includes a single 18650 Battery, and the stubby tube for an 18350

No firefly or moon mode? If so this is a hard pass

I don't know what that means. It's a fantastic light and headlamp. Others around were familiar with this product and had it on there wishlist when I gave it as a gift. Has several settings.
