Review: Love these lights - I bought these to go around my daughters cabin bed and she loves them. Theres lots of options from different colours to speeds and brightness settings and the remote makes it easy to control them. Im dissapointed with the adhesion though. They've unstuck in a few places and when i try to stuck them back down theres no stickiness left over.

**Q: The connector doesn't work.  Initially we had red so power was going through but not the correct colours, then nothing.  Any advice please?**
A: There have 2 issues that might cause the lights not work properly:
1. Please double-check with the connector, might there have a connection issue to cause the lights not working properly.
2. Please double-check with the strip connected correct(R to R, G to G, B to B, and 12V to 12V).
If that still not work, please send us an email via mexllexcustomer@gmail.com, we will handle that.

**Q: I have purchased one for my daughter and would like to purchase another one however concerned that having the same will cause interference**
A: Hi , I shouldn’t as I have 1 in the cabin and 1 next to it under the sheltered outdoor and do not interfere with each other

**Q: Can i connect 2 strips together in a straight line that doesn't leave too big a gap of no lights between them, the L connector's gap seems long.**
A: You can check on amazon for straight connector, please make sure the connector is matching for 5050 RGB LED strip lights, the width is 10mm.

**Q: Hi, installed these last weekend. There is a high frequency whine sound from the driver. Please advise??**
A: Hi have this same issue after replacing led bulbs in my kitchen. I found out the DC transformers that convert to 12V need to be rated for led lights. So this is a project at some point to replace them. So it sounds in this case the transformers with these lights are incorrect. I’d recommend sending them back.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for normal use

I've had this product for 5 months now and it worked amazingly so far. The glue behind the LED strip (no need for double-sided tape) has not peeled off and is firm. Only one small led light was defective as the blue led of it died for a while, however its fine now (I avoid using the blue only for long periods of time). The Bluetooth works great, and provides many options. The remote is a great option too, however I broke it myself after dropping it on the floor too many times. Music option works great. Some problems however such as the defective light I mentioned and when I turn the lights off. A small dim groups of 7 led lights that are blue shine when I turn the led off via remote. It doesn't affect the led performance however it may be a nuisance to some when it is turned off. These groups of 7 occur near the end of the strip. If it annoys you, just unplug or switch off the led to remove it. Overall, I recommend this product. It will not break for a very long time and will fulfill basic needs such as a lonely disco party at 3am. P.S: Get a 20-30 one even if you have a small room, I underestimated how short 10 is.
