Genuine Issue US Army PT Jacket Old Style Gray

Although not the current issue Army PT jacket, this is an authentic issue item, and far superior to the current Army issue Black & Gold PT jacket. I was in the Army when this jacket made its first appearance, and I still have the original issue jacket; I only ordered this new one because the front zipper on my original finally broke after more than twenty years. The new Black & Gold jacket looks better in a picture, and I even like the colors better, but they are sadly junk when you actually grab one and put it on. Trust an old soldier; this Gray & Black PT jacket is genuine, and will last you decades. It's NOT a knockoff product. It's a quality product for a realistic price; get one while you still can, because the contract is finished. When these are gone........ they are gone forever.

This is just like the one I had back in 2004-ish. I bought a newer one in 2007 which has the digital reflective pattern which is what I originally thought this one was haha, def misread the description. It's the old school gray one. My last pt jacket went to hell and back and after being unable to get a new one that still looks like the old one I am so happy I was able to find this one here on Amazon. I was even happier to find they're a local (NJ) company! Shipping was super fast. HOOAH!Now for sizing - got honorable discharge 2009 so I've gained some weight and whatnot.. I'm 5'1 180lb female. I bought XXL Regular. It's not a perfect fit for sure but I love that I went a size up from what I was originally considering since there's plenty of extra room for comfort.

This PT jacket is the old version used when I was in the Army. The new one is black and yellow. These PT jackets are well made and excellent for wearing during cold weather PT. I found my jack to be over-sized and wish I had ordered a size smaller. I'm a big guy and normally wear a size 2XL. I ordered a size 2LX and found it to be too large. I should have ordered a size XL. I believe the XL would have fit perfect.

The product ordered and received is all that I expected. After a bit of "experimenting" with sizes, the jacket I am now wearing is well suited for my needs. Proud to wear this item. Peeps / EOM

I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend who had an ARMY issued PT jacket from 15 years or more ago. Fits same as his original and is identical to his original ARMY issued jacket. Thanks for carrying these at an affordable price!!

Good color and design / too big/ had a nauseating smell that took 2 washing to clean/ don't know how long in was in packaging / would like to return and get smaller size / would hope someone reads this message
